We want to make your visit to our store positive so we'll do our best to make your return easy and positive. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please let us know within 10 days as returns must be pre-approved.
Since many of our products are different, you will need to read the manufacturer's warranty on such products as binoculars and scopes. Those products may need to be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair. We will replace all your other items in a timely manner if they are still in good condition. Please call or e-mail first if you have a problem, so we can give you a return merchandise number, the proper addresses or phones numbers and other important instructions. We want to figure out the best and fastest way to make it right. Shipping must be pre-paid on all returns .

We hope none of our products will be back-ordered and will try to stay up-dated at all times. But if an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will let you know if it is back-ordered or discontinued and how long it will be before you can expect shipment.
We use Standard Shipping. Shipping may take up to 10 business days, hopefully within 5, but do plan ahead during Holidays. Some of our items may be shipped separately or may be back-ordered and therefore, may arrive at different times. Damaged Goods Policy
If your product comes damaged, please check if it was damaged during shipment first then contact the shipper. If it is not covered by the shipper, let us know at 208-720-3903.
