About the artist: Poo Wright-Pulliam has been drawing since she was a small child; anything having to do with nature. Her past work includes pet portraits in graphite and color pencil and also scratchboard wildlife where twice her entries were judged in the Top 40 of the Wyoming Conservation Stamp Competition . She is to date enjoying doing these bird head studies from time spent at The Idaho Bird Observatory just east of Boise, Idaho. About Lizzy's Fresh Coffee: Our commitment to the environment and the people living in it: Lizzy's Fresh Coffee operates on a 4 day per week work week in order to reduce energy consumed operating the roasting equipment by maximizing the roast batch sizes, and to reduce overall office energy consumption. Additionally, our employees enjoy lower work-related transportation costs, and enjoy an overall improved sense of well-being. Our roaster uses a catalytic oxidizer in order to eliminate 100% of smoke and odor and 95% of the VOCs created during the roasting process.
